There is only an exchange policy, there is no return possible. If In case of an exchange, the product should not be used and exchange works only for 7 working days. Since the shipping charges are a private entity so the charges would be bared by the customer both up & and down.

For international orders and on made to order items , we do not offer Returns Exchange and Refunds 

  • If you are not sure about the suitability of the products, please consult our experts before purchasing.
  • In the event of a damaged product or consignments that come short of the ordered products, please call/chat with our customer service immediately. Any claims on these will not be entertained if reported late 
  • In the unlikely event that your product has arrived damaged please take photographs of the consignment and share the same with our customer service team as soon as you receive the product.
  • In case of damage, The Product Returned should be in Unused condition and must be sent along with the original invoice 
  • In the event of a valid claim for exchange , allow us up to 2 weeks to evaluate the scenario before resolving the issue for you. Please be assured that during this time our customer service will be in touch with you and keep you updated.
  • Make on-order products no return/refund is applicable
  • We do not offer Refunds or Cancellation once a product is purchased

 Customs Duty & Taxes 

Orders that are shipped outside of India may be subject to customs duty, levies & Taxes as governed by the local law. Please note that ERIA will not bear such charges. We assume that you are aware of any such additional duty/taxes as regulated by your local government.
